On Thursday’€™s Three For All on Middays with MFB, Tim Benz, Lou Merloni and Christian Fauria discussed embarrassing dental experiences, Beyonce and Jay-Z‘€™s relationship status and Fauria’€™s interesting “€œfirst date.”

— During the Red Sox‘€™s 16-9 loss at the hands of the Cubs Wednesday, NESN color analyst Jerry Remy lost a tooth on air.

Benz went through a similar experience over 10 years ago, as he had to get a tooth replaced after playing a basketball game in college.

“€œThe one rebound I got in my basketball career. … I went up, got the ball, and came down. The tooth went right into the back of [another player’€™s] head.,” Benz said.

“You have a little bit of Luis Suarez in you,”€ Fauria said.

A few years later, Benz was speaking on the air when his tooth suddenly came lose and fell out of his mouth.

“€œI had to go through the entire rest of the show. … I had 90 minutes of radio to go,  Sylvester the Cat talking. It was awful.”

— The future of one of music’€™s most powerful couples could be in jeopardy. During a live performance Saturday, Beyonce changed the lyrics of her song “Resentment,”€ making it seem like her husband, rapper Jay-Z, had cheated on her.

“Here’€™s a life lesson for all you young, up-in-coming men: Don’€™t date female singers,” Fauria proclaimed. “They will write it in their notebook, they will write a song about you and it will be as vague as possible but you and all your friends will know that that song is about you. … Would you ever date Taylor Swift? Because she writes a song about every guy she dates.”

Following MFB’€™s hot dog eating contest Wednesday, Fauria went out to dinner and decided to role play with his girlfriend and pretend that it was their first date together. Fauria later shocked Benz when he guessed that he also had a similar history of role playing — with a slightly more nautical tone.

“€œFor some reason, I decided to role play with my girlfriend last night. And for some reason, we were acting like it was a first date,”€ Fauria said, adding: “Now I know you probably dressed up as a sailor with your wife and came out to sing “On the Good Ship Lollipop’€ at some point in your life.”

“No, I actually haven’€™t,” Benz quickly responded.
