Okay, So I know we need to promote the blog more!  So hopefully this will get the boys going!  As I have stated here in the past, before all the other producers wanted anything to do with blogging, “Change boy (Iggy)” and I are running for a half marathon in October!  So I run two different 5 mile runs over the weekend.  Sunday I wake up early and run in the rain.  If I have learned anything from Bradford its watch out for the chafing.  Now I know you all don’t want to hear about this but man Nipple Chafing freakin kills, I actually bled from them!  I also am telling you this so you can, if you want and if you don’t I’ll hunt you down, donate to my cause. Just enter my name, Stephen Ciaccio it is all for the Jimmy Fund.  I guess that Vaseline Jar can be used for other things!

Stick to FRS not the GU

So Bradford also turned me on to FRS energy drinks.  I just got a shipment of Clif Shots gels, never, ever again. And man look what brown did for me, thank god I didn’t order something made of glass.  I read in the Ultra Marathon book, Dean Karnazes’ book, that these energy shots are good during long races, half marathon see above, so I order a case of the double expresso, and to describe the flavor, its like swallowing your dip spit instead of spitting it out!  Again I should have listened to Bradford.  Send me some FRS!

Sexiest Sportcasters!

Hello Coed Mag!

Okay if my chafing story doesn’t draw you in this should!  Extra Mustard on SI.com recently posted the 25 sexiest sportscasters and NESN and Boston was well represented!  From Hazel Mae to Heidi Watney. Hazel came in at # 22 a joke!  Kathryn Tappen  checked in at #21.  Old friend Tina Cervasio was #20 and Heidi Watney came in at # 4!  Hello Coed magazine, ever hear of Wendi Nix?  Dumbasses! Okay so I vent because I am a Wendi Nix fan!

UCF for Boston College this weekend!

BC gets back at it at the Heights on Saturday, this is a 1pm start, 1230 pregame show!  This game looks to be sorta ugly!  UCF has given up 31 points while scoring 41.  They are 1-1 and bring in a much smaller team, size wise, but faster as florida breeds speed! BC meanwhile is 1-1 also, they have scored 37 points and given up 19.  They are much bigger than UCF but also much slower! These two teams rank in the lower tier of the offensive stats of the 120 teams that are in the NCAA polls, BC is ranked around 41 and UCF about 67.  BC is 98th in total offensive yards, while UCF is 110th.  BC is averaging 131.5 yards in the air, UCF 127.5 those rank109 and 111 respectively!  The numbers look a little better when the running backs take the rock.  BC is averaging 175 yards and UCF is averaging 152, for rankings of 40 and 62.
